  • We have a planning and coordinating staff that can assist with all of your event details, including the caterers, cakes and refreshments, the music, the master of ceremonies, floral arrangements, and even collecting the tickets. We even offer an on-site event manager (for an additional fee) to provide direction at the event.

  • Once you give us the dimensions of your site, we will draw up a plan on how to set up the event. We have a program that lays out your complete event in your specific area.
  • If appropriate, we will go to your home or facility to measure buildings and areas where our tents and equipment are going to be erected to make sure that everything will fit.
  • We want you to enjoy your event and not spend time worrying about the details. So, we step in and setup the facilities that your attendees will enjoy, ensuring that everything works well. That way, your focus can be on those attending the event and not on the event itself; and your attendees can enjoy the festivities without distraction.
  • We set up and take down all tents. We will also set up chairs and tables for a small fee. We will also deliver the equipment when you specify and will pick up the equipment in a timely manner. Each customer is called before a delivery is made.
  • We will then return after the event to quietly remove everything.
  • Our company has a 24-hour answering service, seven-days-a-week. If you have any problems with our equipment while it is in your possession, help is always just a phone call away. Should you need more equipment after our regular business hours, we will, for an additional fee, meet you at our facility so that you can pick up the equipment or deliver the additional items to your event.
